Cancellation Policy
đź’• Your Booking Fee
To reserve your time with us, a booking fee is required.
This goes toward your service and helps us prepare everything just for you.
🌷 Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
Life happens — we completely understand.
If you need to make a change, just let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment, and your booking fee can be moved with you one time to a new date.
🌼 If It’s Within 48 Hours
Because your appointment has been held just for you, any cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the 30% booking fee being forfeited. A new booking fee will be required for your next visit.
🌺 No-Shows
If you don’t arrive for your appointment and we haven’t heard from you, the booking fee is forfeited. Multiple no-shows may prevent future bookings — not because we’re upset, but because we truly value our time and yours.
🌻 Running a Little Late?
We’ll always try our best to accommodate you. But if you’re more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service out of respect for other clients. In some cases, the booking fee may be forfeited.
